1. What we collect
Email + account name when you sign up. Geolocation (IP-level, city granularity) to filter nearby events. Optional precise GPS only if you explicitly opt-in. Browser fingerprint and basic analytics (page views, voice queries) to improve the product.
2. What we don't collect
We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. We don't share your personal info with advertisers. Wallet addresses (when you connect one) are stored hashed, not in plaintext.
3. Third parties
Supabase (auth + database, EU-hosted), Vercel (hosting), ipapi.co (geolocation lookup), Anthropic + OpenAI (AI inference for event extraction). Each handles a strict subset of data and is GDPR-compliant.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR/CCPA you can request a data export, account deletion, or opt-out of analytics at any time. Email privacy@cryptocrowd.app and we'll handle it within 7 days.
5. Cookies
We use one functional cookie (Supabase auth session) and one preference cookie (theme: light/dark). No advertising or tracking cookies.
