1. Acceptance
By accessing CryptoCrowd you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. Simple.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to create an account. Events are listed for informational purposes only — registering for an event creates a relationship between you and the event organizer, not us.
3. Use of service
Don't scrape us aggressively (use our API), don't impersonate other users, don't post events that aren't real, and don't try to break our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend abusive accounts.
4. Event data
Event listings are aggregated from public sources and AI-extracted. We try to keep them accurate but make no warranty. Always verify critical details (dates, prices, venue) with the event organizer before traveling.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoCrowd is not liable for missed events, incorrect listings, or downstream consequences of using the platform.
6. Changes
We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app banners at least 30 days before they take effect.
